All creative amateurs and professionals are invited to participate in the contest organized by the Committee of taurine and the town of Orthez Orthez to select the poster that will promote the day of taurine July 24.
500 euros will be awarded to the winner of this contest.
Just send your work and the registration form before March 4 at midnight

POSTER CONTEST RULES TAURINES
Sunday, July 24, 2011 at Orthez
Article 1: PURPOSE OF THE CONTEST
Orthez For Christmas 2011, the town of Orthez is organizing a competition to design the poster taurine for to present all the bullfights (+ novillada bullfight). The theme this year is free.
Section 2: REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
To participate in the contest, a candidate must register on or after 31/01/2011 from the authority of the municipal party (Registration free) by sending a registration form to:

The contest will run from 31/01/2011 to 4 / 03/2011 midnight postmark authentic.
Article 3: RULES FOR SUBMISSION OF PROJECTS
Participation this competition implies acceptance of these Regulations. Sending creations by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt is not required, however the City of Orthez can not be held liable for work not received or damaged. Applicants undertake to respect the deadlines for delivering them.

• ROBERT PARTICIPATION BY THE PUBLIC TO VOTE:
The public may make their choice among the works that will be available in a virtual gallery on the website of the town of Orthez of 14 to 18 March. (Www.mairie-orthez.fr)
The choice of Internet users will also count for one vote in the result.
The jury's decision is final.
Article 5: CANCELLATION CLAUSE OF COMPETITION
Orthez The City reserves the right to shorten, extend, cancel or postpone the competition, if circumstances so require, in the case where participation is insufficient, for example. Further, the price will be declared wilderness. In this case, the Commission will choose another visual communication. It also reserves the right to refuse
work that does not correspond to the promotion and enhancement of this event taurine. The responsibility of the City of Orthez is not responsible for that.
Article 6: TERMS OF PRESENTATION OF PROJECTS
All techniques are accepted (paintings, photographs, graphics etc ...)
Projects will be designed according to the following standards:
A single work can be presented per candidate.
Minimum size: 30x30 cm
Artwork will be supplied in jpeg format • in good quality (300 dpi image). Please note, poor quality images will not be accepted. The City of Orthez may ask the winner of the original work for a better reproduction of works or tie.
The indications Orthez - Sunday • July 24, 2011 "will appear on the display, if not, the designer who will finalize the model will fill.
• The signature of the project by the competitor is not allowed.
Each work must be at back • name, address, telephone number of the candidate.
The computer graphics of the City of Orthez and the head of the Commission Communication taurine prepare the final artwork of the poster with the photo selected by the jury, in compliance with the graphic of the city and the original work. This may involve some adjustments (cropping ...).
Article 7: WARRANTIES OF ORIGINALITY
Orthez The City disclaims any liability in case of persons on the photographs would argue damages.
Each participant stated that his work is entirely original and contains no borrowing from another work any nature whatsoever, which would be likely to engage the responsibility of the City of Orthez. Applicants agree to have their names published without this opens rights.
Article 8: GRATUITY
The winner of the poster taurine will receive a prize of 500 Euros.
Article 9: In COMMITMENT WINNER
cons part of the gratuity under the preceding article, the winners selected by the jury to cede the town of Orthez for one year use rights to his work for publication , distribution, marketing and total or partial reproduction in any medium, and a reproduction right of the poster the following years, in its entirety and without diversion of the work.

Rights Article 10: EXPOSURE
All works will be exhibited at the box office parties the second half of July. Participation in these exhibitions is neither imposed nor required. Candidates who do not wish to see his work exhibited will mention the registration form.
Article 11: RECOVERY OF PROJECTS NOT ACCEPTED
The winning work will become the property City of Orthez.
Works not selected must be collected at the Town Hall of Orthez from 01/10/2011 until 31/12/2011, after which time they will become city property.
Article 12: FREEDOM OF INFORMATION
Under Article 27 of the Data Protection Act of 06.01.1978, the participants have a right to access and rectify any details about them upon written request.
Article 13: ACCEPTANCE OF RULES
Participation in this Contest implies acceptance of these Regulations by competitors.
Members of the jury and the winner of the year 2010 are not allowed to compete.
